To be honest, I had a little trepidation when I pulled up, but don't judge a book by its cover. Portions are enormous. Quality is there. Prices are phenomenal. Friendly, polite staff. Comfortable, clean dining room. 🤷🔥🤌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you can find a better breakfast burrito, please tell me where! Everything I've had here is great, but the burrito is RIDICULOUSLY good. Tastes like family food & love 😊 Also, it's the only place I know to get fresh empanadas on the east side.
Amazing food and reasonable prices for a home cooked style breakfast. Our table got waffles and french toast. The meal has something for everyone and you are supporting an amazing small local business! Glad we were able to eat here while visiting family in Ohio!
I've had food from everywhere, I've eaten thousands of eggs... This Meat Omelette was so Good... I can't compare it to any other Omelette, it's amazing. We also got Beef, Chicken, Ham & Cheese, Buffalo Chicken Empanadas, they were awesome. Great Crust. Good Country Fried Steak, Good French toast, Good hash browns, Good biscuits and gravy, Good corned beef hash, Good Chicken and waffles.
Wow first time and I was beyond impressed!! Friendly, welcoming staff gave me the customer service that has been looking for. I won’t even speak on how amazing the food was OMG at the portions are excellent, the prices are amazing. The last diner experience for me was Bill’s coffee shop which I was a faithful customer of for over 20 years until Cindy retired. I will be back and learn All the servers by name. Customer for life. It’s the perfect corner breakfast place with EXCELLENT prices, service, and a veggie omelet that actually looks like a veggie omelet. Haha. What I mean, is they cooked the veggies in the eggs, and everything is so well balanced. Our waitress was the biggest sweetheart, and the experience was overall just a joy. Also, big plus, we didn’t have to ask for any extras; they bring it to you on their own. Ketchup, sauces, jams, creamer, etc. I don’t know why I’m so hyped up about this place, but I think it’s because the service was just so kind and active, which is a rarity anymore. Very good food.
This was our first visit and we were very happy. The service was wonderful. I ordered the breakfast quesadilla. Crispy, savory, fresh… delicious! My fiance ordered one of the skillets and a huge waffle, and he was also impressed. We enjoyed our coffee without feeling rushed as we watched the regulars stroll in and be greeted like friends. What a great little gem right down the road.
I’ve been here for dinner probably 3 times, all time it has been amazing, my favorites are the Cuban sandwich, 3 beef empanadas (I also like the chicken and the chorizo they’ve had as a special), the chivito sandwich, and milanesa sandwich, and the amazing desserts. The service here is amazing, prices are great for the amount of food you get. I will be back!
Highly recommend you bring an appetite! TRY the Empanadas!! We got 3 of the philly cheesesteak, and absolute PERFECTION!The food was fantastic and the portions were huge! My mom and I could've easily shared one of our sandwiches (she got the Milanesa and I got the Cuban). They were so tasty and we had dinner to boot!! The restaurant was clean and the service was fantastic!! Thank y'all sooo much!!
I love everything about this hometown restaurant. So glad this is only 5 minutes away from home. My family and I have been enjoying them for years and look forward to many years to come! P.S.I saw the Chaja cake on FB that they were going to have that evening. Ordered 4 slices for pick up and I’m so glad I did. We absolutely LOVED it and will definitely get every time it’s featured.
